Logan Regional Medical Center has a current need for a full-time Phlebotomist to work in our Emergency Department to perform the following duties: Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing. Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques. Maintains equipment and medical supplies. Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors. Assist other staff members in various healthcare duties related to blood work. Minimum Education: High School Diploma GED, Graduate of a Program in Phlebotomy. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Certified in Phlebotomy or in process of taking certification.
