As an Estimator I, your key responsibilities will be to evaluate bid specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, solicit material and subcontractor quotes, and ensure that everything required to successfully bid and win the project is accomplished. This position will also work with Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. It is essential to be forward thinking, performance driven and quality focused. Critical for success are the abilities to work independently and produce highly accurate work in a timely manner.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, finance, or equivalent degree from a 4-year college or university, 1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Negotiation experience (Desired)
