The Program you will be working on will drive the transformation of our global and regional ways of working and business processes, enabled by new SAP cloud technology. This role will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This is not a remote opportunity, however, our hybrid policy is in-office 2 days per week or more if required for meetings.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to successfully adapt and drive the adoption of the Program Change Management Strategy, and tailored Change Plan, within the CAM region (Cochlear Americas). You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including the VP Change Management and Change team located in Australia, the CAM Enablement team, global transformation teams, regional Change Champions, and other global leaders to successfully support and embed people, process, and technology changes.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management: Conduct regional and local stakeholder analysis and manage associated stakeholder engagement/involvement to ensure that program objectives are aligned. Conduct regional and local change impact assessments. Develop and implement regional and local communications and engagement plans to disseminate information on the change to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Organizational Context: Maintain up to date knowledge on Cochlear's strategic priorities and possible impacts on change management. Participate in local and regional organisational discussions relating to the project and assess related change impacts.
Project Management: Establish and manage delivery of change effort against local and/or regional change plan (aligned to global change strategy). Report on the progress of local and regional change management activities against timeframes, milestones, and budget.
Key Requirements
To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
- Degree qualified in an organizational change related study or other relevant study, with relevant project-related experience.
- Experience in delivering large-scale change initiatives across global organisations, in a highly regulated industry, specialising in end-to-end Strategic Planning and/or Finance and/or Supply Chain Management processes.
- Experience in process, systems and behavioural change implementations and the impact of these on the organization.
- Working knowledge of best practice change and communications approaches and demonstrated success of their implementation.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating.
