Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management company who is looking to bring on a new Project Manager onto their team in the upcoming month. This individual will be problem-solving within Corporate Vendor Management (CVM) by leading projects, enabling technology, and optimizing processes. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver and problem-solve within Corporate Vendor Management (CVM) by leading projects, enabling technology, and optimizing processes.

• Act as a solutions-oriented resource, identifying system/process enhancements and driving automation to improve the vendor management lifecycle.

• Gather and document business requirements (e.g., user stories, process flows, use cases) through stakeholder interviews and process reviews.

• Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure smooth system implementations.

• Liaise between business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Define project scope, lead cross-functional designs, and manage end-to-end project planning and execution.

• Develop project plans with clear milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
