We are a thriving manufacturing company located in Long Beach, and we're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join us full-time. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Long Beach, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding product information, orders, shipments, and general inquiries.

• Process orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.

• Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
