Subject Matter Expert (SME) – EZ-CAP for NetSuite Implementation

Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the EZ-CAP system to assist in the implementation and integration of NetSuite for our large Healthcare client. The SME will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of EZ-CAP functionalities within the NetSuite environment, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide in-depth expertise on the EZ-CAP system, including its capabilities, functionalities, and integration points.

-Advise stakeholders on best practices and configuration options for aligning EZ-CAP processes with NetSuite.

Project Collaboration:

Collaborate with process owners, NetSuite implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.

Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning for integration.

-Assist in mapping EZ-CAP workflows and data to NetSuite modules to ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility.

-Identify and address any gaps in functionality between EZ-CAP and NetSuite, recommending solutions or workarounds.

-Develop optimized workflows for claims processing, payment reconciliation, and reporting.

-Support the creation of test cases for integration and ensure successful validation of system processes.

Skills:

-Minimum of 5 years+ of experience working with the EZ-CAP system in a healthcare, claims, or payment processing context.

-Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, including implementation or integration projects.

-Proficiency in EZ-CAP system functionalities and administration.

-Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as financials, billing, and analytics.

-Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience in healthcare administration or claims processing workflows.

-Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years+ of experience in a relevant role within the Healthcare/ Services industry.

-Proficiency in EZ-CAP system functionalities and administration.

• Proficiency in Claims Processing, demonstrating a solid understanding and practical application of this skill.

• Experience in Healthcare Administration, with the ability to manage and coordinate tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of Healthcare Billing processes and systems.

• Familiarity with Healthcare Claim procedures and regulations.

• Understanding of the Healthcare Industry and its dynamics.

• Expertise in Healthcare Informatics, including the use and interpretation of data in healthcare settings.

• Experience with Healthcare Insurance, particularly in relation to claim processing and policy management.

• Knowledge of Healthcare Reimbursement policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in managing the Healthcare Revenue Cycle, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, and collections.
