Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a mechanical engineer local to the Long Beach, CA for a large aerospace client. This would be for a level 3 engineer. They will responsible for supporting the C-17 program, specifically the flight controls for the aircraft. They will be required to be onsite 3 days a week in Long Beach, CA (Tuesday-Thursday).

Skills and Requirements

3-7 years of experience as a mechanical engineer

STEM Degree

3 years of experience working with mechanical design/test/development on an aircraft

Experience with any of the listed (actuation, hydraulics, mechanic controls, electrical, sialoid valve, electro hydraulic valve, flight controls, ailerons, flaps, lats, elevators, rutters, etc. Experience with Safran, Parker, Eaton, Meggit, Northrop Grumman (design development test experience within these companies) null
