Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled 5-Axis Mill and Lathe Machinist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with datum and blueprint callouts, height gauges, and maintaining critical dimensions. They should be adept in work holding and the creation of prototypes, and must possess a deep understanding of G-codes and M-codes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain 5-axis milling and lathe machines

• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints

• Measure and inspect parts to ensure conformance to exact specifications

• Work with various materials and prototype designs

• Program and set up CNC machines for production runs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with DMU, DMG NVX 5100, CMX, DMG Mori, and other related CNC machinery

• Proficiency in Nu-Space NX programming

• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail

Work Environment:

• Work in a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art CNC machines

• Shifts available: Monday to Thursday – 10-hour shifts (1st: 5:30 am to 3:30 pm | 2nd: 2:30 pm to 1 am)
