What you get to do every single day

• Provide administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

• Coordinate insurance requirements

• Arrange property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs

• Prepare budgets, financial documents and other reports

• Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership

• Attend to tenant applications, contracts, and leases

• Collect monthly fees and rent Requirements - Excellent interpersonal skills and computer competencies are essential

• Experience in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred

• Proven customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
