Description We are in search of a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team in Long Valley, New Jersey. The main function of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, create engaging content for our audience, and monitor social media trends and analytics. This role is crucial to enhancing our brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads in the B2B space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to amplify brand visibility and engagement

• Create and curate compelling content tailored to our target audience, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices

• Cultivate and nurture our B2B social media presence, fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders and industry influencers

• Monitor social media trends and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends, exploring innovative ways to enhance our social media performance

• Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of digital and social content across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific forums

• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, refining strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback

• Utilize skills in Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Instagram, Analytics, Brand Awareness, and Campaign Planning to optimize social media performance. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Social Media Specialist

• Proficiency in using Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Instagram for analytics purposes is required

• Must have a strong understanding and experience in building and enhancing brand awareness through social media platforms

• Strong background in campaign planning and execution on various social media platforms

• Demonstrable experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

• Proficiency in using Instagram for business purposes, including analytics and campaign management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
