Manpower is partnering with a top defense contracting company in Longmont to find a skilled Materials Program Manager ! This role offers a pathway to a direct hire for the right candidate and is perfect for someone eager to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Shift: 1st, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday

  • Pay Range: $90,608.80 to $115,000 annually (DOE)

About the Role: As the Materials Program Manager, you'll be the critical link between the company and its customers, acting as the "voice of the customer" and spearheading the Customer Focus Team (CFT). Your leadership will drive operational success, ensuring top-notch service delivery, while fostering new business growth within existing accounts.

You'll take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication, project delivery, and issue resolution. With a focus on quality, cost, and delivery, you'll be integral to the company’s ongoing success and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and serve as the primary customer liaison.

  • Manage customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction through the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

  • Oversee communication, program updates, and manage customer-driven changes.

  • Coordinate Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Mitigation Plans and manage sales orders.

  • Drive new business opportunities within the existing customer base.

  • Provide timely solutions and anticipate customer needs with proactive strategies.

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth production and risk management.

  • Lead contract reviews and oversee Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).

  • Cultivate a positive working environment and set CFT priorities to meet goals.

  • Support ISO standards related to quality, safety, and security initiatives.

  • Project Management Expertise : Experience with project leadership, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of tasks is essential.

  • Collaborative & Driven : You thrive in a team setting and are motivated by the opportunity to drive results.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%, including international trips).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. CEPM certification is a plus.

  • 3+ years of program management experience, ideally in contract electronics manufacturing.
