Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Agreements Processor in the non-profit industry, based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be tasked with managing client claims, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and adhering to the necessary departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately processing provider claims and attendance records in line with departmental quality standards.

• Ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the California Department of Education and LA County Department of Public Social Services.

• Maintaining clear and effective communication with providers, parents, and internal staff.

• Assisting stakeholders in completing attendance records or provider payment requests, and handling inquiries related to payment or claims submission.

• Collaborating with case managers to resolve payment authorization issues on pending claims.

• Participating actively in monthly staff meetings and training sessions to foster a conducive team atmosphere.

• Conducting claims audits as necessary to ensure the accuracy of processed claims.

• Assisting colleagues within the department as needed.

• Upholding the agency's policies and procedures throughout all processes. Requirements • Proficiency in handling claims audits

• Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred

• Familiarity with agreements processing and related administrative tasks

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Experience in data entry and database management

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
