Paramount Assistant Manager, Worldwide Print Production, Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles, California

Join us at Paramount Pictures as our Assistant Manager, Worldwide Print Production! This role offers an outstanding opportunity to craft world-class print and digital materials for motion picture advertising in a dynamic and collaborative environment based in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • International General ITM Mechanicals

  • Regular, mini, and oversize one-sheets

  • Flat cards

  • Standees

  • Banners

  • Custom ITM Mechanicals

  • Share responsibility for custom theater-specific banners / 20-40 custom size banners

  • Digital theater-specific banners

  • Lobby dominations

  • XYI Approvals

  • Review all materials including in-theater, OOH, takeovers, and all digital approvals for international territories.

  • Assist the head of print production on special projects.

  • Distribute all international-related files on Arc to internal employees.

  • Build online files and send them to international interactive and social media teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field desired

  • 3+ years of work experience in print marketing or advertising required

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Additional Qualifications:

  • Studio experience preferred

  • Print production department experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under time constraints

  • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple project elements simultaneously

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $67,000.00 - 73,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
