    What you will do

    The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) position is responsible for driving revenue of Corza products in existing and new customers in non-acute settings. A successful Associate Sales Representative will work with existing Territory Managers to increase sales by supporting clinical trials, cross-selling and upselling the Corza Medical portfolio, and regularly in-service current customers to ensure a healthy purchasing cycle. This is a hybrid position and as such, the ability to be a team player is crucial.

  • Attain sales objectives, execution of promotional activities and programs for Corza Medical non-acute customers.

  • Demonstrate effective territory knowledge and partner as needed with Territory Managers and adherence to assigned administrative duties.

  • Provide feedback on customers, competitors, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.

  • Communicate regularly with Sales Manager and provide feedback

  • Demonstrate ability to perform administrative and clinical support tasks in a timely manner.

  • Partner with members of the national sales team to improve performance and enhance morale, interact with sales and marketing management to refine product and market initiatives, call on existing and prospective customers, provide product information and quotes with appropriate customer prices, and develop new accounts and grow existing accounts within established geographical territory.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with surgical and support staff.

  • Drive and manage the sales cycle at all levels within targeted accounts to realize advancement of selling process on a weekly and monthly basis.

    What you will need

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred or Associate Degree with 2+ years related Sales experience.

  • B2B selling experience, within med device or related fields preferred, not required.

  • Clinical experience within plastic surgery, dermatology, or ambulatory surgery centers will be considered. Strong knowledge of medical or health related fields preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient presentation skills; proficient with MS PowerPoint.

  • Proven customer engagement skills

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and quarterly goals/targets.

  • Field based position: ability to work remotely and in customer settings.

  • Ability to travel to customers including Ambulatory Surgery Centers, physician clinics, outpatient clinics, etc.

  • Travel expectation 50-75%
