General Summary:

This Brand Partnerships & Culture Connector is critical as we look to be more remarkable in our work, they will help find partnerships that connect our clients into culture. This role will be responsible for amplifying our ideas, connecting us with talent and agents, providing guidance and sealing deals, working along side our creative teams, Business Affairs and Music Supervisor to originate and execute content.

This role is critical and accountable for us to be relevant in the ever changing landscape of culture and coolness.

This role is at the center of talent, content, technology, sports, music, fashion, art and the current trends. This position will help set trends, create icons, shape pop culture and introduce thought leaders.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Participates in creative concepting, implementing and elevating creative concepts, media

partnerships with finding talent and collabs

  • Originating ideas, upstream with the creatives during concepting

  • Remarkable maker

  • Social first mind, PR, earned media mentality

  • Responsible for amplifying the ideas, by "sealing the deal" with agents, talent, and partners

  • Partners and works closely with Creative, Music Supervisor, Business Affairs, Producers and PR

  • Collaborates with creatives and is part of the process

  • Facilitates "culture" workshops

  • Constantly looking for and identifying actionable and thought-provoking opportunities for the company and executing them.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to connect with talent, agents, culture creators, content makers, influencers and a portfolio of work.

6+ years of experience in connected fields: fashion, art, music, gaming

Compensation Range: $115,500.00 - $194,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 07/03/2024.
