UCLA Health Director of Clinical Services - New Century Health Plan in Los Angeles, California

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer of Medicare Advantage,

you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, evaluation, and

implementation of clinical programs that are vital to our mission. You will:

  • Lead and manage multiple clinical programs

  • Drive the execution of population health management initiatives

  • Ensure alignment of clinical services with cost-effectiveness and quality care

  • Build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Direct and mentor a dedicated team of clinical professionals

Salary Range: $112,900- $256,900/annually

Qualifications

We're seeking a dedicated and visionary leader with:

  • A Registered Nurse License, Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physicians' Assistant) or equivalent

  • Three to five years of clinical experience (RN, APP, etc.)

  • Three to five years of leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on clinical services

  • Master's degree in a health-care related field, highly desired

  • Experience in developing and leading Population Health Management strategies within a health system or managed care organization, preferred

  • Strong communication skills across all levels of staff

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of implementing innovative programs that support strategic initiatives

  • Integrity, initiative, and the ability to manage details with a commitment to high ethical standards

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
