Short Description

Pay: $17.28 P/H

Location: 1817 S. Soto Street

Summary: Process and fulfill e-commerce orders with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Job Summary

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded

• Packs orders to ensure integrity of the contents while in-transit to the customer.

• Responsible for shipping all outgoing packages or boxes

• Must assemble, label and complete system transaction of shipping for each individual shipment

• Ensures are all transactions are executed correctly and appropriately by status

Long Description

• Review all picked orders for accuracy, correct quantity, and size.

• Identify incorrect/short, shipped items, and immediately notify supervisor.

• Perform second quality check to ensure the error has been corrected.

• Report duplicates, returned, damaged or cancelled orders to Order Fulfillment Supervisor.

• Knowledge of product locations

• Assist in all areas of e-com for picking to packaging to inventory.

• Communicate pick/packing issues to E-com Supervisor/Manager (i.e. misplaced products, products missing bin locations, unlabeled product, inventory discrepancies, etc.
