Description

A prestigious trial firm is seeking a new litigation paralegal with eDiscovery experience. The ideal paralegal will have 5+ years of litigation experience and strong eDiscovery (Relativity) experience. This paralegal will join a truly collaborative team that handles high-stakes commercial and related litigation. This paralegal role offers unlimited growth potential within the firm!

This paralegal will be responsible for:

• Preparing and running document productions

• Running searches for attorneys for investigations, depositions, trial preparation

• Liaising with forensic document collection vendors

• Logging document collections, document productions in project plans

• Comfortable using Relativity, second-generation discovery platforms (e.g. Logickull, Everlaw, Disco)

• Basic trial preparation work – graphics/hot seat experience not required but preferred

• Cite checking

• Subpoenas

• Preparing exhibits, witnesses, etc.

This firm is very tech-savvy, and the paralegal will work onsite 3 days and 2 days at home.
