Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Entry-Level Financial Analyst in Los Angeles, California. Operating in the telecom industry, this role will focus primarily on Fixed Income, including bonds and other debt instruments. The successful candidate will support our team in analyzing, reconciling, and managing fixed income securities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and reconcile fixed income securities, including bonds and other debt instruments.

• Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and other financial professionals to ensure accurate financial operations.

• Utilize Bloomberg terminals for financial data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarize and adhere to Depository Trust Company (DTC) processes.

• Handle bond settlements and trade reconciliation diligently.

• Support the Fixed Income team in managing securities.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and operations.

• Respond to inquiries related to fixed income securities and bonds.

• Utilize your skills in DTC, Bonds, Fixed Income Securities, Bloomberg, and Trade Reconciliation to perform job duties. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial analyst role or in a related field

• Hold proficiency in the use of Bloomberg software for financial analysis and forecasting

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTC, Bonds, and Fixed Income Securities

• Showcase experience in Trade Reconciliation

• Be able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally

• Possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

• Have a high level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
