UCLA Health FPG Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Assistant Manager and Clinical Integrations Lead in Los Angeles, California

In this important position, you will ensure the successful administration of the purchasing and accounts payable functions within our Faculty Practice Group. This will involve managing a specialized team responsible for submitting orders in compliance with UCLA Campus and UCLA Health requirements. You will:
Define departmental goals/objectives
Direct programs/business units to help clients navigate the procure-to-pay continuum
Develop and maintain strategies, policies, and procedures for procure-to-pay activities
Manage staffing, financial, and physical/equipment resources and functions
Participate in clinic onboarding and migration discussions
Represent the department in system implementations and manage projects
Salary Range: $83,800 - $179,400 Annually
Qualifications
We're seeking a self-motivated, highly-analytical, deadline-driven leader with:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field or work experience equivalency
Five or more years of experience managing purchasing and accounts payable is required
Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and working knowledge of fund accounting and healthcare accounting
Understanding of vendor sourcing practices
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and purchasing software
Ability to analyze purchasing and accounts payables processes/practices and recommend improvements
Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in accounting and business practices
Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritizing, and supervisory skills
Ability to evaluate the workload impact of specific projects and consistently meet deadlines
