TEKsystems Media Sales Account Executive in Los Angeles, California

Description:

Seeking an outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who’s a creative thinker to work in true partnership with a well-established voice in the real estate industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Within our award-winning magazine, websites, and e-media channels, you’ll sell print and digital advertising space.

  • Generate exhibit booth and sponsorship sales for our well-established annual trade show.

  • Reach and surpass short and long-term revenue targets.

  • Expertly navigate sales conversations and offer creative solutions to objections.

  • Seek out new business and present new revenue-generating opportunities to existing vendors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Participate in a highly collaborative team with a strong sense of purpose and mission.

  • Travel to conferences, trade shows, and in-person client meetings as needed.

  • Identify, research, and implement new growth areas for sales using smart thinking, creativity, and focus to bring consistent and elevated results.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1- 3 years media and/or event sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience selling media communications such as digital ads, print, etc.

  • Tradeshow Experience is a plus

  • Outstanding interpersonal, oral, written, presentation, and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of contact management database.
