UCLA Health Onboarding PCN Analyst in Los Angeles, California

Description

Under the guidance of

the HR Onboarding Supervisor and in collaboration with the Position Management

Team, the incumbent will assist Talent Management in the review of Position

Control Numbers for positions at the time of SRC and DGSOM Hiring Committee approval.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing information and assistance to

departmental users and team transactors with regard to managing, analyzing,

reviewing, performing updates of positions in all HR systems for approximately

30,000 plus employees from Ronald Reagan Medical Center, Santa Monica Hospital,

Faculty Practice Group, David Geffen School of Medicine and West Valley Medical

Center.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Flexible Hybrid

Hourly Salary Range: $30.56 - $60.82

Qualifications

  • Experience with UCPath preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data analysis, query tools, data extraction, and data summation.

  • Proficient skill with Microsoft suite of tools including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on responsibilities with minimal direction, delivering timely and accurate results.

  • Demonstrated strong initiative and results orientation, ability to set and meet aggressive commitments, and resilience when responding to situations that are challenging.

  • Demonstrated skill to perform detailed analysis and problem resolution

  • Exceptional attention to detail and delivery of world class service
