TEKsystems Patient Service Agent in Los Angeles, California

Description:

Our Client is looking for someone more qualified with experience on the administration side (non-clinical) front office area preferably someone who is looking for something repetitive and consistent that is aware of how HMOS work with front office flows but does not mind the repetitiveness of being in the call center and handling a high volume of calls. PSA is responsible for assisting with patient calls, updating demographics, verifying insurance and authorizations for patients.
