The Project Coordinator reports to the Ambulatory Operations Manager and will provide support to the Ambulatory Nursing Team. The Project Coordinator will organize, develop, and source training program material to meet specific training needs. Assist training facilitators in developing training aids, manuals, and handbooks. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Handle logistics for training including reservation of venues, parking, and equipment. Coordinate off site training for new hires and collaborate with existing training programs throughout the Health System. Inform employees of training schedules and program changes. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of information ensuring that all participants are informed and updated periodically about updated training material and curriculum. Must demonstrate the values of the organization: resepct, honesty, integrity, compaassion, fairness, innovation and stewardship of our resources. Ability to coordinate multiple training events simultameously.

Provide Aministrative support to the Ambulatory Operations Manager by providing the data needed on class participants. Act as a point of contact between the Ambulatory Nursing Education Team, hiring managers, , and key stake holders. Ability to organize and manage administrative functionality of a Learning Management System.

Salary range: 28.78-59.34 hourly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of experience/training

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel & Word.

  • Ability to create presentations utilizing Power Point and Vizio software.

  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities

  • Working knowledge of training programs
