Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master for their large entertainment and media client. This is a fully remote role, working PST and is a 6 months contract (with possible extensions). This person is joining the Digital Products organization and will report to the Dir of Program Management. This org is responsible for building capabilities that will enable products on the front end for different business units within the digital world of this company. This team supports any backend capabilities or functions of products; SDKs, backend services, components, enabling personalized recommendations, and may other capabilities. The role will be a blend of a Project Manager and Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master you will be overseeing two scrum teams, will be responsible for daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience working within an Agile environment, experience working cross functionally across a matrixed organization (very complex) and be comfortable working across multiple different business units talking to stakeholders, tracking timelines and dependencies etc. Adaptability is essential for this role.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Project Management/Scrum Master experience

Strong Agile knowledge and experience leading at least 2 teams as a Scrum Master

Experience as a Scrum Master running daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.

Experience as a Project manager working with different business units talking to stakeholders, tracking timelines and dependencies etc. In this role you will work with 5-10 different teams across the org

Experience working in entertainment/media industry

Knowledge of backend services, APIs, SDKs etc Knowledge of backend services, APIs, SDKs etc null
