Join our team as a Research Administration Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in managing the department's pre- and post-award administration team. Primary duties include:

  • Supervise and support the pre- and post-award administration team, ensuring effective management of research funding processes.

  • Oversee the administration of Indirect Cost Recovery and Gifts & Endowments funds, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization.

  • Work closely with other research administrative staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Provide guidance and expertise to Principal Investigators throughout the funding lifecycle, from proposal submission to post-award management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Research Administration.

  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of research administration policies regarding pre-award administration, proposal development, contracts and grant awards, subcontracts.

  • Ability to perform moderately complex financial analysis and customized reporting.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
