We are seeking a Sales Associate 1 to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, staying informed about new products and features, and assisting customers in finding the best product fit for their needs. You will also play a pivotal role in meeting or exceeding established performance goals and contributing to all store activities.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a personable, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate in our Los Angeles store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, fashion, and a drive for sales. You will need to have a flexible schedule adaptable to the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing their needs

• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences consistently

• Operate the cash register, including handling cash transactions with customers

• Maintain neat, clean, and organized merchandise displays

• Actively learn about the product features and benefits to enhance product knowledge

• Be up-to-date on current fashion trends to help customers with styling and selection

• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas

• Keep track of inventory and restocking as necessary

• Work well with team members to reach sales targets

• Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods

• Basic mathematical skills to handle cash transactions

• Detail-oriented nature
