Senior Façade Engineer (Los Angeles, CA)

• Participate and actively contribute to design workshops, where façade cladding solutions are explored and determined, together with architects and fellow professionals and with the cladding industry;

• Sketch details to develop ideas and to explain façade engineering concepts;

• Produce drawings, specifications, and reports, and coordinate the façade engineering work of others;

• Comment on cladding industry submittals;

• Witness testing and prepare associated technical reports;

• Observe factory and project site progress and prepare associated technical reports;

• Communicate with clients to establish their façade needs and maintain a dialogue throughout the project; and,

• Provide technical façade engineering advice, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the team.

• Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience.

• Salary Range: $110,200 - $149,000/year.
