Job Description

An employer in Los Angeles, CA is looking to bring on a VoIP Engineer to assist with their daily maintenance and troubleshooting. They will be supporting a large enterprise environment and complete an average of 5 tickets per day. The main project they will be working on is replacing Phone equipment across a variety of locations

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of hands on experience as a VoIP Engineer (Cisco)

-Good understanding of networking with Cisco routers/switches (doesn't need to be hands on)

-Previous work with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Cisco Call Manager

-Experience in a large enterprise environment: they're supporting 21,000 phones and averaging around 5 tickets per day (per person)

-reliable transportation: will travel to a variety of locations -CCNA or CCNP

-Hands on experience with Cisco Routers/Switches

-Additional Certifications null
