Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, located in Loudonville, NY is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director (AD) Facilities. The position reports to the Associate AD Operations and is responsible for the coordination and management of all the College's athletic and recreational facilities. Responsibilities include management of alumni/community facility memberships, scheduling and set up of facilities for varsity practice and competition, liaison with College's facilities management department, and management and coordination of building rentals. Will be responsible for day-to-day operating areas of all athletic facilities including the staffing and management of the MAC control desk, a staff of 20-25 students and implementing facilities preparation plans outlined by the Associate AD Operations.

Annual Salary: $60,500.00

Job Requirements:

Candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Experience in collegiate athletics and/or recreation is helpful, must be able to work nights, and weekends when needed. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver's license and insurability at the time of appointment and must maintain such license and insurability throughout the tenure of employment. A background screening will be required.
