GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience manufacturing or designing electric motors, inverters, or other mechatronic assemblies 

• Experience around PCBA and wiring harness fabrication and sourcing 

• Experience developing production process, quality or automation systems 

• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
