Overview:

Within the Schneider Electric Sustainability Business is the Digitization and Automation Team. This team collaborates with various departments in the Sustainability Business to integrate technology into standardized processes, transforming them into digital solutions. Primarily focusing on internal systems, we facilitate the adoption and optimization of technology, aiming to digitize and streamline existing techniques and processes. We prioritize leveraging configurable applications and Schneider-approved tools, occasionally exploring third-party solutions to address specific business needs.

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding, interpreting, and leveraging key business data to drive informed decision-making. You'll support business requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the enhancement of our core business data model. If you have a passion for data analysis, a strong understanding of data models, and experience with tools like Power Platform, Power BI, and SQL, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:

As a Business Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Interpreting Key Business Data Sets:
Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights for decision-makers.
Collaborate with teams to enhance business practices based on data-driven insights.

Supporting Business Intelligence Strategies:
Work closely with business intelligence teams to develop quantitative analyses.
Assist in defining and delivering metrics, reporting platforms, and analytical models.

Efficiently Querying Data:
Answer business questions by extracting relevant information from databases.
Leverage SQL and other tools to efficiently query data.

Data Collection and Quality Assurance:
Collect data from various sources (databases, surveys, web analytics).
Clean and organize data to ensure accuracy and quality.

Developing and Deploying Dashboards:
Create and maintain dashboards that collect data-backed insights.
Visualize data to provide actionable information for business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with data.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
Familiarity with Power Platform and Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office products.

Understanding of Data Models:
Ability to interpret data models and schemas.
Experience working with relational databases.

Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders in a cross functional global organization.

Compensation Disclosure: $90-110K plus 10% bonus and Benefits
