TEKsystems Customer Service Rep 1 in Louisville, Kentucky

Must be available for 8 hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Onsite training, potential to go remote or hybrid

$17 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

• Provide accurate information to the caller.

• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers

• Resolve the callers’ needs.

• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.

• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Job Requirements/Previous Experience:

• Previous call center experience preferred.

• Previous healthcare experience desired

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
