PhaMerica is seeking a Bachelor's Degreed entry level Business Financial Analyst to work with our Finance team on reporting, modeling, budget development, and forecasting.
This is an on-site role in Louisville, KY at our Headquarters

This position will be posted for a minimum of 8 days
- Helps design reports, dashboards, and operational and finance scorecards using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Power BI.
- Aggregates financial and operational reports to provide ad-hoc analytics
- Creates regular and ad-hoc reports, data mining, data consulting and other data analysis as needed
- Works proactively and independently with business leaders to perform analysis of relevant metrics, uncover and interpret trends in data, and provide recommendations
- Creates regular reports to demonstrate operations data, success rates, and various associated metrics
- Evaluates and reports vendor solutions including contract labor, as well as analyze a return on investment
- Prepares and conducts presentations as needed to convey recruiting information to business leaders using charts, graphs, and other presentation resources
- Conducts system audits and validate data and reports while monitoring data integrity
- Assists with workforce planning reporting
- Identifies industry trends including competitive intelligence data
- Conducts training with various members of the team on using provided data and reporting
- Optimizes design and user experience of the reports as the hub for key information related to operational and finance processes, metrics, standards, policies, and resources
- Previous experience using financial reports desired
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office products
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team members
- Ability to organize, plan, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
