University of Louisville General Maintenance Technician II in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Pre-employment physical exam required. Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by the University's insurance carrier. Grade 4 (Hourly)Position Description:The General Maintenance Technician II position will perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and make minor repairs to existing environmental, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in assigned buildings.
