Integration Engineer sought by UofL Health - Louisville, Inc., in Louisville, KY, to be responsible for reviewing complex integration related workflows and formulating and implementing suggested workflow solutions and application and interface engine technical solutions; evaluating the functioning of application interoperability and making recommendations for change; assisting in the development and implementation of application policies, procedures, and standards; contributing to the creation of policies, standards and best practices for the ULH Rhapsody Interface Engine, Cerner Open Engine, Epic Bridges and other application integration front end modules; performing analysis of application specs and business requirements to design efficient reliable HL7, FHIR and API interfaces on the UofL Health Interface engine; ensuring consistency in high-level design flow down into detailed design, code and unit/module/integration testing; and maintaining close relationship with application vendors and reviewing application release notes and functionality changes to advise management on the impact to ULH operations. Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in technology or a related field plus 2 years' experience as an Application Architect, Engineer, or related experience. Rhapsody Expert Certification, Epic Bridges Certification, Cerner Open Engine Certification, and any certification from HL7.ORG or HL7 FHIR, are required.
