Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a pivotal role in the setup and maintenance of highly automated production equipment. You will be responsible for machine installations, ensuring all equipment operates according to specifications, and providing both preventive and reactive maintenance. This includes overseeing new equipment installation, setting up, modifying, and repairing equipment to meet OEM specifications. You will work with outside contractors as needed, troubleshoot equipment failures, and make necessary adjustments to maintain operational excellence. Your role is crucial in keeping production running smoothly by performing preventative maintenance and calibrating equipment to meet required specs and tolerances.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controls

  • Intermediate knowledge of PLC troubleshooting/programming, robotics, and vision controls

  • Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)

  • Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Soft Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and investigate equipment failures

  • Skill in making recommendations to prevent re-occurrences

  • Proficiency in maintaining system logs and manuals

  • Capability to work collaboratively with contractors and team members

Job Type

This is a permanent position.
