Aerotek Mechanical Technician in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Job Description

We are seeking strong mechanically inclined individuals with experience in vehicle assembly and mechanic work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read blueprints, perform some MIG welding if possible, and handle control panels and wiring. Proficiency with a volt meter and technical work is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints

  • Perform MIG welding tasks

  • Handle control panels and wiring

  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively

  • Work with mechanical systems, pneumatics, service, and hydraulics

  • Assemble and disassemble vehicles

Essential Skills

  • Mechanical skills

  • Experience with hand tools and power tools

  • Basic welding skills

  • Ability to read blueprints

  • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics

  • Proficiency in assembly and disassembly of vehicles

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with control panels and wiring

  • Ability to read a volt meter

  • Technical work experience

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
