We Offer
Competitive hourly compensation--earn between $40,000 and $60,000 base wage annually;
Earn uncapped monthly sales commissions;

Responsibilities
Our mission is to help protect our customers' health and property by providing valuable, high quality solutions delivered by passionate professionals. We have built our reputation on our companys belief of putting the customer experience first and the Pest Control Technician is key to delivering on this purpose.
You will
Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers;
Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary;
And serve as a key member of the branch team!

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary
High School Diploma/GED
Valid drivers license
Experience in home services industry is preferredbut not required
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturers weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Able to work in all types of weather conditions
