Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

As a Quality Engineer, you will be tasked with data analytics and issue investigation within quality launch operations. Your role includes supporting launch team specialists and inspection teams to ensure optimal preparation for pre-delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting new model content, pulling data for daily meetings, and participating in launch and quality reviews. Key responsibilities also include developing and defining Critical to Quality standards, driving key technologies with innovation teams, and leading quality improvement initiatives with suppliers and manufacturing facilities. Occasional travel and the ability to work off shifts temporarily may be required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Day shift typically runs from 7 AM to 4 PM, with potential overtime during busy periods up to 60 hours a week. Planned shutdown periods during the 4th of July and Christmas are recommended for vacations.
