Position Summary

The Senior Director, Manufacturing Supply Chain will oversee regulatory and compliance matters, export operations, logistics execution, and production planning for our NADL manufacturing sites. This role will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize logistics, support production requirements, and foster continuous improvement to build a world-class supply chain organization.

The role involves leading and executing the North America inbound and outbound freight program, including ground, rail, ocean, and air transportation. The Senior Director will ensure the safe, cost-effective transportation of all raw materials, finished goods, bulk products, and other corporate assets, meeting the needs of both internal and external customers via the most efficient and highest quality transportation services available. Additionally, this role owns compliance and excellence in customer service and delivery, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of products to customers while maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the supply chain and logistics operations to support the company's growth and efficiency goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in line with company values to maximize employee engagement and performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain and logistics team
  • Ensure compliance with TTB regulations, including labeling, fill levels, waste management, and domestic excise duties
  • Manage the drawback program liaison with PRUSA Tax
  • Oversee customs compliance for imports and exports of bulk goods, dry goods, case goods, equipment, and samples
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to regulatory compliance and supply chain disruptions
  • Lead and manage the export operations, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods to international markets
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with export regulations.
  • Optimize export processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key international customers and stakeholders
  • Own the effort in Production Planning to achieve stretch business results by being a champion of Continuous Improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools, specifically pertaining to changeover, first hour efficiency, OEE and cost per case
  • Form and maintain positive relationships with key internal/external customers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and achieve world-class standards
  • Optimize supply chain spending and inventory management.
  • Lead SROG engagement between markets and NADL
  • Collaborate with Regional SCC and PRNA supply chain
  • Drive continuous improvement in NADL Supply Chain through collaboration with SC Excellence
  • Manage financial planning and financial performance for Supply Chain NADL
  • Collaborate with PRHQ Supply Chain and collaborate with global brand companies

Required Skills & Abilities

  • 10+ years experience in supply chain and logistics in fast-moving consumer goods, Food & Beverage. Alcohol Beverage preferred
  • Successful track record of managing supply chain and logistics in a well-run, customer-focused business that sells physical products at significant scale
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor large cross-functional teams
  • Significant "hands-on" experience in change management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent leadership skills that promote team development and performance
  • Acute attention to detail and highly organized
  • Highly analytical and critical thinker
  • An eagerness to identify opportunities, find solutions, execute plans, and evaluate results critically
  • A passion for solving problems from end-to-end
  • Nurture strategic working relationships that promote operational effectiveness and world class customer service levels
  • Ability to lead team through change process and foster an environment that promotes innovative approaches, continuous improvement and personal development

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
  • Preferred: MBA is preferred

Financial Responsibility

  • Overall managerial control and decision making responsibility.
  • Determines and changes priorities in line with financial, business and organizational objectives.

The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky is $164,080.00 to $205,000.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
