Now hiring for a Service Manager to coordinate Pest Control Professionals' daily work activities and serve as a trusted member of our Louisville management team!

Responsibilities
Our mission is to help protect our customers' health and property by providing valuable, high quality solutions delivered by passionate professionals. We have built our reputation on our companys belief of putting the customer experience first and the Service Manager is key to delivering on this purpose.As a successful Service Manager, your skills will be used to:
Lead and mentor service technicians and provide highly skilled hands-on" management
Train and develop technicians to motivate the team in providing high-quality customer and technical services
Perform quality pest control services and fill in on open routes as necessary
Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
Assist with interviewing and selecting service technicians
Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least 2 years' supervisory and leadership experience
Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience
High School Diploma/GED
Valid drivers license
Experience in home services industry is a plus
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturers weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Able to work in all types of weather conditions
