Job Title: Solutions Operations Support
Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday: 8:00am- 5:00pm
Pay: $20/hr.

The role of the Solutions Operations Support is to provide sales and support to the Solutions Operations group that includes prescription eyewear, instrumentation, service and rental and safety boot and shoes. The role of Solutions Operations Support involves working with many different internal and external departments as well as customers and suppliers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES:

  • Coordinate all initial SRx Eyewear set-ups for new accounts which includes working with internal resources, the external customer, our SRx suppliers and oversight of our prescription eyewear programming, pricing & flat files

  • Coordinate all initial Boot/Shoe set-ups for new accounts which includes working with internal resources, the external customer and our Boot/Shoe suppliers

  • Regular account maintenance and review after new accounts have been set-up

  • Responsible for changes and/or modifications to existing SRx and Boot/Shoe programs

  • Responsible for completing weekly and monthly optician billing

  • Responsible for recruiting and procuring contract opticians for SRx customers

  • Review contract pricing for SRx and Boot/Shoe programs

  • Support Special Programs CSR group with troubleshooting customer issues

  • Provide support to the Instrumentation group with quote and lead follow-up

  • Responsible for overseeing Solutions Operations projects and assisting with assigning Solutions Operations project priorities

  • Assist in the training of new Solutions Operations Support

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • 2- 3 years of prior customer service and/or sales support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to use computers and maneuver through databases and applicable software.
  • Excellent phone skills with a professional voice tone when talking with customers and sales managers.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer questions or situations.
  • Strong organizational, accuracy skills and multi-tasking ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations and make confident, sound decisions.
