Description We are looking for a proficient Tax Preparer to join our workplace in Louisville, Kentucky. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity within the financial services industry. As a Tax Preparer, your primary duties will involve making use of various accounting software systems, processing customer data, and ensuring a smooth flow of accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of accounting software systems for financial operations

• Efficient processing of customer data with ADP - Financial Services

• Assisting customers with their inquiries about allowances and deductibles

• Application of CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for accurate tax preparation

• Use of Drake Tax Software to streamline tax preparation and submission

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service records

• Ensuring all accounting functions are performed accurately and timely

• Management of customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as necessary

• Providing excellent customer service to resolve any client issues

• Performing data entry tasks as required in the role. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx is a must

• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is essential

• Proficiency in Drake Tax Software is needed

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions is required

• Understanding of Allowances is necessary

• Excellent Customer Service skills are a must

• Proficiency in Data Entry is needed

• Knowledge of Deductibles is essential
