Job Title: Welder

Job Description

Set up your own welding equipment to prepare for the day. Tack, join, and align welds as assigned by drawings. Gouge, grind, and buff welds. Follow standardized work instructions. Use measuring equipment. Record processes followed. Basic math abilities are required.

Hard Skills

• Welding of Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel

• MIG and Flux welding

• Reading and Interpreting Blueprints

• Measuring, Cutting, and Fitting Components

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Non-temperature controlled fabrication environment. Metal fabrication environment with a lot of CNC equipment. Subject to moving industrial equipment.
