The Accounts Payable Supervisor will support the Sr. Accounts Payable Manager with day-to-day leadership and training of the accounts payable team.

What will you do?

• Records all accounts payable transactions.

• Follows accounting and tax laws and standards.

• Investigates accounts payable issues as needed.

• Builds relationships with vendors and colleagues.

• Assists with managing and training accounts payable coordinators.

• Ensures payments are made accurately and on time.

• Assists with creating and implementing accounts payable processes and procedures.

• Provides support to Key Liaison for AP issues with internal customers, external auditors & outside vendors.

• Performs daily visual management.

• Supports internal and E&Y audits as related to AP.

• Maintains SOX controls for the AP department.

Are you qualified?

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related major is preferred.

• At least 3 years accounts payable or related experience is required.

• 2-3 years managerial experience is preferred.

• Experience working in a large public company setting is preferred.

• Must be able to assist with managing a team and be developing strong leadership skills.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
