About the Role:

The Sr. Manager, Sustainability Engagement and Partnerships leads Hach’s sustainability program, driving strategic environmental initiatives and collaborating with key stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the Veralto Sustainability team, guiding ESG data collection, regulatory compliance, and sustainability performance metrics to support Hach’s global environmental goals.

This position will be a hybrid role based out of our Loveland, CO office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage sustainability metrics and communicate performance company-wide.

  • Partner with internal teams to collect, validate, and analyze ESG data.

  • Support development and publication of ESG reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Serve as a key contact for external auditors on ESG matters.

  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, share insights, and support continuous improvement in sustainability projects.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align business strategies with environmental goals.

Are You Qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong knowledge of conservation, sustainability, and environmental regulatory requirements.

  • Familiarity with ESG reporting tools and frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).

  • Proven ability to analyze data, communicate strategic plans, and engage stakeholders.

  • Skilled in project management, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $140000 - $160000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
