Warehouse Supervisor

Red House Tools Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and shipping of goods. The supervisor must monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory, coordinate loading and unloading of materials, and ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Our Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the warehouse assembly staff, inventory control, and the organization and maintenance of the warehouse. They will ensure the quality and accuracy of all goods shipped and received by the RHT. Responsible for verifying that all orders are accurate prior to shipping, and they handle the training of warehouse staff. They keep detailed records of warehouse operations, and they meet with other department staff within the company when necessary.

Warehouse Supervisor Job Responsibilities: *Maintain and ensure the smooth running of warehouse assembly, fulfillment and shipping *Supervise the day-to-day operations and productivity of warehouse staff *Ensure that goods are stored and handled safely and securely *Ensure that all goods are accurately recorded and accounted for *Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods *Monitor stock levels and report needs to order replenishments *Implement efficient warehouse processes *Maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment

Work Hours Summary *Regular Hours: Standard work week consists of 40 hours, typically from 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. *Flexible Hours: Some roles may offer flexibility, allowing employees to adjust start and end times within specified limits.

Warehouse Supervisor Skills/Qualifications: *Mechanical and technical skills *Physical stamina and strength *Safety management mindset *Focus on quality control *Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small *Color vision may be required if your company makes electrical and electronic products that include color-coded wiring *Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage *Various certifications, such as Certified Logistics Associate/Warehouse Distribution certification, Qualified Warehouse Logistics Professional (QWLP), Certified Professional in Distribution and Warehouse Management, etc. will be taken into consideration when calculating wage offers.
