At CHI Health, we are dedicated to making a difference in people's lives every day. We are offering a 13 week Surgical Tech assignment at a respected hospital in Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

Surgical Tech 13 Week Hospital Contract

$52 per hour paid weekly.

Work 4, 10 hour shifts on day shift per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check doctor’s preference cards and case cart supplies to assure that supplies and instruments are correct for the procedure.

• Assist the circulating nurse in obtaining needed supplies, preparing room and equipment for each procedure.

• Open gown and gloves before scrubbing and assist in opening other supplies prior to each procedure.

• Perform proper hand scrub according to the policy.

• Ortho

• General

• Podiatry

• ENT

• Plastics

• Urology

• Robotics

• GYN

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Completion of an appropriate technician program or at least 2 years of previous technician experience.

• Certification not required, but preferred

• CPR certification

Pay Range

$51.99 - $52.00 /hour
