Position Overview:

As part of the talented Maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our facility, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility maintenance, strong collaboration skills, strong electrical systems knowledge, and the ability to diagnose and solve complex problems.

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Complete preventive maintenance and work orders

  • Troubleshoot HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other systems to determine causes of issues and make necessary repairs.

  • Assist Maintenance during downtime of production

  • Assist maintenance in troubleshooting problems

  • Install new equipment and systems as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

  • Train Maintenance/Facility Technicians I & II as necessary.

  • Collaborate with contractors and external vendors on maintenance projects

  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols.

  • Maintain ZWTLF and Sustainability program

  • Maintain the facilities stock of supplies and cleaning materials

  • Perform outside Maintenance to keep facility in a safe and in an orderly manner

  • Work cross functionally between teams

  • Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace

  • Help Maintain Industrial Storm water permit by completing audits

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

  • Bachelor’s Four-Year Degree or equivalent experience in an industrial, process, mechanical, HVAC or electrical related technical field with certification

  • Must be NFPA 70E qualified in Standard Electrical Safety in the Workplace

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation systems.

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required, including evenings and weekends.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment and/or move objects up to 50 lbs.

  • Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, crawling in/through low spaces. Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
